Network management practices

Blocking: SpryFi does not block lawful content, applications, services, or non-harmful devices. We may block traffic when reasonably necessary to protect customers or the network, address security threats, comply with law, or respond to emergencies.
Throttling: SpryFi does not throttle lawful internet traffic based on its content, application, service, user, or device. Wireless performance can vary with signal conditions, capacity, congestion, equipment, and reasonable network management by the underlying network provider.
Affiliated and paid prioritization: SpryFi does not sell paid prioritization and does not favor affiliated content in exchange for consideration.
Congestion management: Wireless capacity is shared. During congestion, the underlying network may manage radio resources to maintain service for users. SpryFi does not charge customers for a higher traffic priority within the SpryFi Home plan.
Application-specific behavior: SpryFi does not block or degrade specific lawful applications. Security, emergency, voice, and network-control traffic may receive treatment reasonably necessary for reliability and safety.
Device attachment: SpryFi Home includes a compatible router. Customers may connect non-harmful standards-compliant devices to the router. The service-side equipment and network access must remain compatible with the underlying wireless network.
Security: SpryFi and its network providers may detect, limit, or block malicious traffic, denial-of-service attacks, spam, viruses, or other activity that threatens customers or network integrity.

Performance characteristics

Service technology: 5G fixed wireless with LTE fallback, primarily 5G Ultra Wideband. Actual performance varies by service location, network conditions, equipment, weather, and the internet destination.
Advertised speeds: Up to 400 Mbps download and up to 50 Mbps upload. These are maximum speeds, not minimum guarantees.
Typical performance: The disclosed values are 200–300 Mbps download, 8–40 Mbps upload, and 37–57 ms latency. The download range reflects SpryFi's reviewed operating expectation for this plan. Upload and latency are approximate 25th–75th percentile ranges from the underlying carrier's published high-band 400 Mbps fixed-wireless testing. Review the source methodology.
Performance review: SpryFi retains the supporting evidence and will replace or refine these ranges when representative first-party customer measurements support a more precise disclosure.
Suitability: The service is intended for ordinary home internet uses such as browsing, streaming, video calls, work, and connected devices. Individual application performance can vary.

Commercial terms

Price: The standard retail SpryFi Home price is $89.00 per month before discounts. An eligible public, campaign, or personalized offer may reduce that price. The monthly Service price accepted at checkout will not increase while the Customer keeps the same plan active.
Contracts and credit: SpryFi Home has no long-term contract, no early termination fee, and no credit check.
Equipment and data: A compatible SpryFi-owned router and SIM are included with $0 monthly router rental. The router must be returned after cancellation or replacement. A $549 retail non-return charge may apply after written notice. SpryFi Home includes unlimited data with no data-overage charge.
Taxes and other charges: Internet access sales tax is $0. Current online checkout also adds $0 for activation, standard installation, equipment purchase, standard router delivery, and provider monthly fees. Any separately taxable optional equipment, replacement, or incident charge would be itemized before authorization.

Discounts and promotional offers

Current public price: $79.00 per month for customers who qualify for the current public offer.
Campaign offers: Some advertising campaigns use an eligibility link or code. The campaign source and eligibility are verified by the server, each redemption is recorded, and the discounted price is shown before payment.
Personalized offers: A customer may receive a private, opaque welcome link after staff qualification. Its quoted monthly price is shown beside the standard retail label before checkout.
No bundle required: SpryFi Home does not require a television, telephone, or other service bundle. Any eligible discount is disclosed before the customer authorizes payment.
